Steven McAdoo is a multifamily investment specialist representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across Northern Florida, including Jacksonville and surrounding markets. Since launching his brokerage career in 2019, Steven has successfully closed over 60 transactions, delivering transparent guidance and data-driven strategies that help private investors maximize returns on small to mid-sized multifamily assets under 100 units.
Known for turning complex transactions into clear pathways forward, Steven is a trusted advisor frequently consulted by property owners and investors seeking hard-to-find market insights, honest valuation guidance, and strategic opportunities in the Northern Florida multifamily market.
Before returning to his hometown of Jacksonville, FL to focus on multifamily brokerage, Steven spent four years with a commercial real estate development firm in Chicago—gaining institutional-level experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, due diligence, investor relations, financing, and lender compliance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Earlier in his career, Steven worked in both public and corporate accounting and held a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, providing clients with a financial foundation and analytical rigor that sets every transaction apart.
Steven graduated from the University of North Florida with a BBA in Accounting. He currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and two wheaten terriers. Outside of real estate, Steven enjoys international and domestic travel, exploring new pizza spots, playing with his dogs, and attending live stand-up comedy shows.
